Hi there!

My name is Melissa. I'm a Nutrition Communications major in my final semester at Arizona State University. I am lucky enough to be employed at our family-owned business, Crossroads Pediatrics located in Chandler, AZ, working under my lovely father. I am excited to share with all of you some fun, quick, and easy meals to prepare for your children, to help them receive all the nutrients they need to help them live long, healthy lives!
